Q. I am getting RE ENTER error on TSYS compliant protocol.
A. If the error does not go away after a few tries...
There are two main reasons for this:
1) An account that has incorrect Time Zone or Location settings. An overseas address can also give this error.
In the Configuration->Settlement Settings check that the Time Zone is set correctly (usually starts with a 7) and Zip Code and the State Code are correct. Restart and try again.
2) Incorrect platform for the processor. Make sure, the account is setup for the terminal capture and for 911 Software CreditLine, not hardware terminal.
3) Incorrect Country Code and Currency Code - try 840 for both
